The Farm Kitchen FAQ
Q: How do I find out about upcoming cooking classes?
We release a list of upcoming classes each quarter; usually offering 2 to 3 per month. Folks interested in our classes can check on our website or sign-up to receive our e-news class schedule.
Q: Are these hands-on cooking classes or just demonstrations?
Our cooking classes are a real hands-on experience. Classes are limited to just 12 students to ensure everyone has plenty of time to practice techniques and work directly with our Executive Chef.
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to class?
Nope. Chef Mike provides everything you need including paper to take notes and copies of the delicious recipes you’ll make during the class.
Q: Is cooking experience required to attend these classes? What if I can’t boil water?
No prior experience is required. Because class sizes are small Chef Mike can work with any burgeoning chef based on their own skill level.
Q: Can I schedule one of your private cooking classes?
Yes! We offer private cooking classes and can accommodate up to 12 participates. These classes are a unique, intriguing and fun team-building event.

Absolutely. We have a Chef’s Table that is perfect for intimate events for up to 40 guests. Clients can host larger events in our Event Center. Our wrap around porch allows us to accommodate up to 300 guests during warm weather.
Our Executive Chef will work with you to create a custom menu. We offer a variety of service styles ranging from plated fine dining to buffets to attended cooking stations.
